🚨 IMPORTANT PET MEDICATION RECALL NOTICE
Please share this important information with fellow pet owners.
Wedgewood Pharmacy has announced a voluntary recall of certain compounded veterinary medications due to potential concerns regarding medication potency.
Cape Veterinary Hospital has not dispensed any of the recalled medications through our in-house pharmacy. However, we are sharing this information as a courtesy to clients who may have received prescriptions directly from Wedgewood Pharmacy.

1. Visit https://www.wedgewood.com/recall-lookup/
2. Check your medication, lot number, and expiration date to determine whether your prescription is affected.
3. If your medication is included in the recall, follow Wedgewood Pharmacy’s recall instructions and contact your veterinarian promptly to discuss your pet’s treatment.
