This picture was from the photographer at the fair and thought it was pretty cool. These three young ladies killed it in the county born and bred class. We bred the top 3 lambs. Just thought this was a cool picture. So proud of these young ladies Olivia Fout, Lanie Dawes and Our granddaughter Rory.

Fayette county fair update. Congratulations to Olivia Fout on her first place in the county born and bred class. The same lamb was 2nd in her weight class. Congratulations. Bred by Rutherford club Lambs.

Congratulations to Logan Murphy on his champion start-up lamb. Logan’s lamb also placed 2nd in his class during the regular market show.
The Lamb was out of our “Ten Bears” son. We love supporting this start up program in Clinton County. It gives new showman an opportunity to be part of this great livestock industry without breaking the bank the first year.

Another county fair update from the Montgomery County Fair. Congratulations to the Denardo family on there lightweight class winner pictured below. They also had two lambs place 2nd and a 4th place in there weight classes. All four lambs bred by Rutherford club lambs. Also congratulations for there 1st and 3rd in showman.

Congratulations Dalton Bush on your lightweight class winner at the Pickaway county fair. This is a great start for our fair season. Lamb was sired by our “Ten Bears” son.

I have some straws of semen I want to move. We are going a different route on some ewes this year. It is stored at RSG and can transfer upon payment.

If your headed to the Block sale today and still looking for a reasonable priced lamb. We are 40 minutes south of London and will be around the barn all day and evening. Lambs are all sired by our Achor ram (Ten Bears x Party up north). We have a number of late January first of February lambs if you have a later fair. Pm me

Well we can see the light at the end of the tunnel for lambing. It’s been a long grind. We had some breeding issues last summer and will have limited December lambs this year. Most lambs are early to mid January and a number of first February lambs. We will be opening the barn the weekend of March 14th and 15th. We have had a few customers that have aged out and are looking for a few new customers. I will be adding more pictures ober the next couple weeks. Pm me for more information.
