But lately, some of our team has noticed something harder to swallow: clients making snap judgments about whether a groomer can be trusted with their pet — based on nothing more than what that groomer looks like. Before a single word is exchanged. Before any work is done.

Every person on our team is here because they’re skilled, trained, and genuinely love animals. That doesn’t change based on age, appearance, tattoos, piercings, size, or anything else you can see in the first five seconds of meeting someone.

If you have a real concern about how your pet was handled, we want to hear it — always. But judging someone’s ability to safely care for your dog before they’ve even touched a brush isn’t fair to them, and it isn’t fair to you either — you might be walking away from the best groomer in the building.
