The Christian County Animal Shelter is a regional shelter that serves the counties of Christian, Trigg, and Todd Counties. Our mission is to help animals in need through sheltering, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach. We strive to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness thus bringing an end to the cruelest practices towards animal

s. We aim to lower the number of homeless/unwanted animals and build a stronger animal protection movement within the community. Most importantly, we strive to find the best possible outcomes for all animals released into our care. Call 270-887-4175 from 10:30-4:00 Tuesdays through Saturdays to make an appointment.

Meow is a sweet 5-month-old Domestic Shorthair who came to the shelter as a stray from Hopkinsville. She’s young, curious, and ready to find a family of her own!

Meow has been getting along great with her cage buddy and is showing us that she can be a wonderful companion. Because she’s still so young, she’s at the perfect age to learn and socialize with all kinds of people and pets. With proper introductions and continued socialization, Meow should do just fine with children and dogs!

She has received her vaccines, flea and tick treatment, and dewormer. Meow will remain at the shelter until she has her spay, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait to make her yours! She is available for adoption now, so you can get the process started and have this sweet girl ready to join your family once she’s cleared to go home. 🐾💕

💗 Adoption Fee: $63.60
