Christian County Humane Society The Christian County Humane Society is a small non-profit no-kill animal rescue located on in the last door of the Bed N Biscuit building on Skyline Drive.

By appointment only. The Christian County Humane Society is a small non-profit organization located on Skyline Drive in Hopkinsville, KY. We have been a no-kill animal rescue for over 30 years. Since we do not receive state or federal funding, we depend on donations, memberships, and fundraisers. All of our animals (of appropriate age) are spayed/neutered and current on all vaccinations. The adoption fee for our animals is $70.00. If the animal you are adopting is not old enough to be spayed/neutered, your adoption fee will include a certificate for a spay/neuter to be used when the animal reaches the appropriate age. If you wish to volunteer, donate, adopt, or provide foster care for one of our animals, feel free to contact us! Please note that we are not the county animal shelter. Please direct questions about surrenders and healthy lost/found animals to The Christian County Animal Shelter (https://christiancountyky.gov/animal-shelter ; https://www.facebook.com/ChristianCoAnimalShelter).

Blessing of the Animals, Ziggy and Tux was there today. Tux was not happy with the dogs and his hair stood on ends. Ziggy didn't much care about dogs and was curious about everything going on around him.
So many beautiful animals. All getting a splash of holy water and a warm blessing.

Unfortunately, shortly after getting to the Finish Line Car wash for our event the car wash broke down! Cats are enjoying frozen water bottle and we are in the shade but looks like we need to call it and shut down.
People are just turning around because it is closed and maintenance is gonna take a bit to get here.
I AM SURE they won't mind if you have a donation to drop it off and we can pick it up later.
Thanks all
