Lately we have had a rash of missed appointments.

These missed appointments cost us money, and takes away from other customers who need appointments. It’s become a critical issue.

Also, it appears some people may be taking advantage of Jays medical issue to take advantage of the staff.

We do our best to provide quality service to those who need it, and we will continue.

Effective immediately, missed appointments will result in a 15 dollar deposit on the next appointment scheduled. If a proper reason is supplied, such as an emergency, this may be waived at our discretion.

Two missed appointments will result in the shop declining to make future appointments for the customer.

Abuse of staff will also result in the termination of future services.

I’m sorry it had to come to this, but it’s necessary.
