First, our new rules/regulations:

All missed appointments will incur a $30 no-show fee. After the first missed appointment, in order to reschedule, you will need to come into the office to pay for the rescheduled groom upfront in cash at least 1 week before you wish to schedule.

The fee will be a rescheduling fee, as well as the upfront fee for the groom. Additional charges may incur if your dog is matted or requires extra attention. That fee will be required to be paid upon pickup on the day of service.

Continued no-shows will result in removal from our services. This is so we can be fair to all of our customers, existing and new.

Hello Joy Luck family! It’s been awhile since we've given everyone an update!

So a few things to let everyone know:

Mrs.Jay will be taking a step back from the puppy house for a time for Personal reasons, but the puppy house will be remaining open!

We’re proud to say Lala will be taking over as lead groomer and manager of the Joy Luck Puppy!

We hope you will join us in congratulating her!

However with all new there must be changes please bear with us for our time of transition.

When you call to schedule appointments please, if you dont get an answer leave a voicemail and someone will call you back.

Appointment times may be changing as well so we will inform you of our new times as we finalize it all!

Hello Joy Luck Followers! We just wanted to let you know the puppy house will be closed for this week. Starting next week, we will be accepting limited appointments only. Please reach out if you would like one of these limited appointments, and Mrs. Lala and Mrs. Cassie will be happy to try and work with you. Otherwise, we will look forward to welcoming everyone back in late August! We will post those dates soon.!

Good morning, everyone! On this dreary Thursday morning, the cafe has just opened up! But we have some great selections for you!

Today, we have Cassie in the shop, ready to serve your favorites! Chicken and potato salad, and as a special treat, we have our soup pot full! Today's soup will be a hearty veggie soup with lots of fresh veggies! It's always a crowd-pleaser, so don't wait too long, or it will be gone!

We also have all those delicious sandwiches and lattes we're known for! So stop in and grab a bite to eat!

Good evening, everyone! We hope you are all staying cool in this heat! We wanted to let you all know the Cafe and the Puppy House will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for some maintenance and repairs. We will reopen on Friday the 10th at 10 AM at the cafe, and appointments start at 2 PM at the puppy house.

Good morning everyone in Pet Parent I just wanna let you know. We have a few appointments left for this week and we will be booking for next week so if your Puppy looks like it’s spent too much time at the club and it looks like hell come on bring your puppy in and have it look as pretty as our junior groomer Lala

Also at the café What The Cup, we have homemade potato salad, macaroni, salad, and chicken salad for sides or platters and the corn chowder soup today along with all the wonderful sandwiches and omelettes and coffee so come on in and the cool sit down and enjoy yourself and most importantly of all relax

Good Evening, Everyone! So the cafe has some bad news. Cassie is moving on to other things in life. This means the cafe will be looking to hire.

We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who has an interest in a restaurant/barista position. Experience is not a necessity but is a plus.

To apply, come into What The Cup Tuesday-Saturday after 1:30. Messages and calls will not be entertained. You must come in willing to do an open interview. We can't wait to meet you!
