Hello everyone! Its been a long time. I just wanted to update my families and pug lovers. Mama Duchess has been diagnosed with Malignant Oral Melanoma. In January, we got a timeframe of maybe a year with treatment. In February, she completed radiation. In May, we were told the cancer has spread to her lungs and she might have 8-12 weeks. She does have trouble breathing every now and then but doesn’t seem to be in pain. She still runs around and wants to play when she isn’t sleeping (which is a lot now). She’s eating and drinking. I just wanted to let her babies and grandbabies know that as she moves into her next stage of this journey, how we have loved bringing so much joy into the world. She is and always will be the Duchie Mama.
