Well, well, wellโฆitโs been quite the hiatus, hasnโt it? We know we have done a poor job of keeping everyone updated this past year, and for that we do apologize. Honestly, this has been an incredibly difficult year for our whole family. We began the year with our mother having spine surgery and having to let our dear Lucian go. A couple months later our mother had dual foot surgery. In June, Whiskey was paralyzed by a slipped Dens in his neck, needing IMMEDIATE, GROUNDBREAKING neck and spinal surgery in Washington. In July, Laciโs father unexpectedly passed away the same day our mini Husky, Moonie, was lost (there is a much, MUCH longer story to this) and not found for 7 days. When he was found, he needed emergency surgery on his left arm. While helping him heal, we also had to manage Laciโs fatherโs affairs in California, from here. In November, we found out our mother will need a complete revision of her foot surgery. Year 2024 has been a WILD journey to say the least. Butโฆ.
We have NEWS! In November we were able to have not one, but two inseminations of Nancy, our Biewer dam. We are fairly positive she has successfully become pregnant, but will know for sure in a few more weeks. Fingers crossed, we will have a happy, healthy litter around February 3rd!
To everyone who has messaged us, we will be getting back to you all shortly. Thank you so much for your patience ๐
