Breeding quality Cockapoos for the family home. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Health tested parents. This is an amazing breed that we are trying so hard to develop.

We use only the best. We utilitize guardian homes so we can incoroprate several outstanding bloodlines. Temperament and health are the first two things we look for in a Cockapoo. Next would be conformation. We want to be one of the first in the show ring with a Cockapoo when the time comes. We only breed a few litters a year but do know of several other breeders that we would recommend if we do not have anything for you.

This is Honey and Comb two of our guardian babies! The family had an emergency so we babysat them for a few weeks. This is something we offer to our guardian families free of charge during the duration of the contract. We are always here. They go home today!

What is a guardian home?

Here at OZ Cockapoos we are dedicated to ensuring that all of our dogs in our program get love and attention.
In order to make this possible we utilize guardian homes.
A guardian home offers a family for a puppy chosen to improve our breeding program.

1st litter after all genetic testing is completed at minimum of 2 years of age
Approximately 3 litters
Spayed/neutered by 5 years of age

Who can participate?

Live within 2 hours of Holton IN (we can agree to a slightly longer travel depending on where) current guardians are in OH, KY, IL, and even MI
Own or rent house of apartment we do not discriminate and want only the best for our dogs. Fenced yard is best but as long as the dog is supervised we are good
Willing to have the dog trained if needed
Able to allow us access to the dog as needed for breeding, photos, etc.

Benefits
Pick of the litter at no upfront cost to you
We cover all breeding costs.
We cover all genetic testing.
We cover the cost of OFA testing for hips, elbows, patella, eyes, heart, and dentition.
We cover the cost of spay/nueter at the end of the contract
After being spayed we sign over all rights to you
Compensation possible for litters whelped in your own home instead of mine

Expectations

Must socialize the puppy/dog
Properly maintain and groom the dog
Maintain communcation including sending photos and updates
Keep vaccinations up to date
Keep heartworm/flea and tick medicine up to date
Feed a food we approve
Be able to allow us to have the dog when needed
Allow us to visit the dog
