A little check-in ❤️🐴
Ember- our gorgeous mustang mare.
🧡She continues to settle in, learn, and show us more of herself all the time. She’s gotten to the point that your presence is no longer a surprise at any given moment- it’s a comfort for her.
You walk in, she looks, sniffs, stands, then walks away if she chooses. She no longer watches like a hawk with uncertainty lol.
🧡She loves cuddles, scratches, and grooming but still very scared of baths. 😂
🧡 Our biggest milestone with her has been bags and “surprise” things. Shes been so good at not freaking out at every little thing- she is learning to stop, sniff, and relax at new things. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes and sometimes it can take a few tries, but that’s all part of the process and we are so proud of her accomplishments daily. ❣️
Domino-He is SUCH a love bug… just not necessarily a cuddle bug. 😂 He’s not Apache, who will leave his food just to come say hello. Domino loves a little differently, but when he gives you his heart, he gives you his whole heart. He’s the nap king, the laid back horse that you don’t have to worry about, ever. He’s got my entire heart!❤️
And this summer heat is showing no mercy just yet, the misters run from sun up to sun down. I got a glimpse of them during the morning hours and just loved how they looked with the light of the sun.
Every horse and donkey have a little section of relief from the heat with them and they make sure to soak ‘em in daily.
We’re all ready for cooler temps! 😂🙌
Just a little glimpse of life lately at Tiny Hiney. Everyone is loved, spoiled, misted and doing well. ❤️🐴
