⏰ 🐾 A Friendly Reminder for Our Grooming Clients 🐾
To help us provide the best experience and care for every pup, we kindly ask that all grooming clients please drop off at their scheduled appointment time and pick up within 30 MINUTES of notification that grooming is complete.
We do not want dogs simply sitting in the groom room after their grooming service is finished. We are limited space in the groom room and picking up within this timeframe helps us ensure that every dog in our care receives the proper attention and care they deserve while keeping our grooming salon running smoothly and on time.
If you are unable to arrive within 30 minutes, please communicate clearly with our staff. We would be happy to add your pup to our daycare program so they can continue receiving proper care while they wait for you. 🐶💕
We understand that life happens, but we are also trying to run a business and provide top-notch care to every client in our care. Respecting scheduled drop-off and pick-up times—or clearly communicating with our staff when something comes up—helps us keep the groom room on schedule and provide the best possible care for all of our pups.
