Allie does so much to help keep Pawsitive Care Veterinary Clinic running smoothly! From helping care for our patients to supporting our team and jumping in wherever she’s needed, she makes a difference every day. 💕

📢🐾 UPCOMING CLOSURE NOTICE 🐾📢

Pawsitive Care Veterinary Clinic will be CLOSED Wednesday, September 30th and Thursday, October 1st for Continuing Education.

Continuing education gives our team dedicated time to review current veterinary recommendations, strengthen our protocols, and continue learning so we can provide the best possible care for our patients. 🐱🐶💙

🐾 We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, October 5th.

💊 Need a medication refill?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we have adequate time to review and prepare your pet’s medications before the closure.

📅 Need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment for the following week, you may still text or leave us a voicemail during the closure, and we will honor our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Some days in veterinary medicine are organized and predictable…and then there are most days. 😂🐾 Thankfully, we have technicians like Amber who are always ready to roll with whatever walks through the door!

Whether she’s comforting a nervous patient, assisting with treatments, juggling a busy appointment schedule, or tackling the hundred little things that happen throughout the day, Amber puts so much care into the work she does. 💙

Today, however, the only thing on her to-do list should be celebrating! 🥳

Early detection of canine hyperadrenocorticism (Cushing’s disease) can greatly affect your dog’s quality of life. Dogs with Cushing’s disease can exhibit:

• Increased appetite
• Increased thirst and urination
• Bacterial skin infections
• A “pot-bellied” appearance
• Panting
• Hair loss (alopecia)
• Persistent urinary tract infections

Just a friendly reminder that Pawsitive Care will be closed on Thursday, September 17th at 2pm for Continuing Education training.
Continuing education allows our team to stay current on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine so we can continue providing the highest quality care for your pets. 🐱🐶

🐾 We will resume normal business hours on Monday, September 21st.
💊 If your pet needs medication refills, please call earlier in the week so we can have them prepared or placed in our drop box prior to the closure.
