Double the Love ~

Rico, the adorable MinPin-Chi cross with personality to spare, was adopted today.

This couple looked on the internet for a companion to their older
Chi cross, and Rico fit the bill.

They will live in Monterey County. Congratulations to all! 🎈

One Big Happy Family ~

Ginger, after a 13-month stay in our kennels, was adopted by this sweet couple.

They looked at a few of our dogs, but wound up going back to Ginger, who fit all their criteria for a family dog.

We couldn’t be happier for everyone! Congratulations on your new dog!

Vocabulary Lesson, Anyone?

We all know that school recently let out for the summer, but we here at Pet Friends couldn’t help but notice the rapture, the elation and thrill, the happiness and joy this young girl exuded when she came out of the Kitten Room.

She and her parents came in on Saturday looking for a kitten. And when the conversation turned to how to get Wasabi home, she started clapping and jumping for joy.

We’re just sure she slept like a baby with her new kitty.

It’s All Relative ~

Meet Uncle Henry. Born in mid-March, this sweet thing will walk up to you and purr. He’s a great little cat who’d be a wonderful addition to any household.

Spice-y News ~

This sweet Torbie (A Tortie-Tabby cross) named Cinnamon was adopted about an hour ago! (6-6-26). This young lady and her parents came in to look at the kittens. And CINNAMON was their choice for a new pet.

Adoption News ~

This woman came looking for a kitty-companion for her tuxedo buddy at home. She initially couldn’t decide. So she came back another day and adopted Callie!

‘Cause She’s Got Personality ~

This sweet dog is available for adoption. She wags her tail at the sight of anyone walking by her kennel. She’s learning good manners like sit, down, and the beginning phases of ‘Sit Pretty.’ Yotie is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet.

Yotie shows some characteristics of various breeds like German Shepherd, Australian Dingo, and Terrier companion dogs.

She weighs 27 pounds and is in great shape. We think she’s about a year old.
