Congratulations to Rambo - one of Southpaw’s newest Obedience graduates! Rambo is a 3-year-old Heeler who spent most of his life in a shelter, sedated and waiting to find his forever home.
His now-owner saw something others may have missed — potential. ❤️ He believed that with patience, structure, obedience training, and the right environment, Rambo could become the dog he was capable of being.
Rambo spent 2 months at Southpaw, learning obedience, building confidence, and — perhaps most importantly — learning how to socialize and simply enjoy being a dog.
And look at him now! 🥹
The dog who came to us is not the same dog leaving us. Rambo has made incredible progress, and we couldn’t be more proud of how far he has come! His story is a reminder that sometimes, a dog just needs someone willing to see their potential and give them the tools to succeed.
At Southpaw Dog Academy & Boarding, we train dogs of all breeds and backgrounds. Every dog has a story, and every dog deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
