Dragon was given a modified lion cut (in Sept 😬) to remove his knots and help him feel more comfortable. He doesn’t love the process but needs it! 😻🩵 🫧 (sorry Dragon!)

Can’t wait to see Dragon again!! 🐉

Lucia is a large, gorgeous patched tabby and white Maine c**n girlie! She came in for her full coat groom and will be on a maintenance schedule to prevent matting and keep her skin and coat healthy and clean. She is a gentle giant.
Well behaved, well mannered. Great job mom!!

Mack and Juke are both sweet, adorable solid black domestic shorthair cats.
They both received a maintenance full coat groom. They did great for their fourth time with me!🩵
Juke was not feeling the Catty Shack this time. He did allow me to scrape his teeth (DO NOT allow a cat to swallow the tartar, bacteria, and plaque). It must be wiped after. Detrimental to health.
Mack is adjusting wonderfully. 😊

Can’t wait to see Mack and Juke again soon!! 💙😻🫧😻

Shrek is a cream domestic shorthair who came in for a full coat groom in September. He is a sweet and talkative guy! I love it. We chatted during his groom 🤭
No fragrances were used for him as he has asthma. He’s such a well behaved boy. He even ate a churu treat after his groom!
I can’t wait to see Shrek again!! 😻🩵✨🫧

So happy he found his loving forever home!

Felix is a red spotted tabby domestic shorthair who came in for a maintenance full coat grooming and toe tuft trim in September.
He was a stressy boy and gabapentin could help him relax for his grooming. The less stress the better always. 💙

Apollo is a red spotted tabby & white domestic shorthair. He is a very greasy cat. He becomes matted without being on a maintenance grooming schedule. He was way overdue for his full coat grooming.

Cats are covered in sebaceous glands just like us humans. They produce natural oil which lays on their fur and over time accumulates build-up. Licking spreads this oil but cannot clean it. Some cats are more greasy than others, each is unique. This oil is sticky and as they shed, the fur clumps together to form a mat. Mats can stick together if left alone and form a pelt. This must be shaved.

Please don’t let your cat get to this point. It hurts them.
Help me keep our cat’s skin and coat clean and healthy! And mat free as a result. ⭐️

I hope to see Apollo again soon, BEFORE he gets to this point. 🥺 🩵 no more mats!

Lumi is a gorgeous shaded silver British shorthair mix in need of a good grooming to help remove her oily build-up and a lot of the dead undercoat. She was given a full coat groom.

She did so well for her groom with me. 😊😻 Check out all the fur flying in the Catty Shack dryer!

Grooming is not just for dogs, Sphynx and longhair cats! Shorthair cats can benefit from a routine maintenance grooming schedule to keep skin and coat clean and healthy & to help significantly reduce shedding and hairballs. It has many benefits! I recommend every 6-8 weeks. 🫧

I can’t wait to see Lumi again!!✨😻💖
