The local veterinarians of Northgate Animal Hospital proudly serve pet parents in Hixson, Chattanooga, Soddy Daisy, Ooltewah, Signal Mtn. Enjoy a cat-dedicated waiting area, Feliway diffusers, low-stress handling, and a feline-specialist veterinary team. Our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, boarding, microchipping, health and travel certificates, nutrition and weight management, behavioral counseling, allergy and dermatology, euthanasia, x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, parasite testing and prevention, pet dental, surgery including spay and neuter, pain management, and more. We are open five days a week and look forward to meeting you and your pet!

Wellness is more than a once-a-year checkup.🐾 Balanced nutrition, regular exercise, preventive care, and plenty of mental stimulation all play a role in helping cats and dogs feel their best at every stage of life.

Announcement! 📢

We have begun utilizing a digital assistant on our phone system to help the office during peak hours when lines are busy.

In order to get you the help you need as quickly as possible, you may find that every now and then our digital assistant “Dolly” will answer your call. Dolly will be able to schedule appointments, confirm your appointment time, answer general questions, take medication refill requests and so much more.

Now, we know not everyone loves these kinds of assistants or systems and we do understand, but please rest assured we are always doing our very best to get to every call and Dolly will only answer if our lines are busy, during our staff meetings, or if the office is closed.

During business hours, you can ALWAYS ask to be transferred to the office and speak with a staff member and we will answer your call asap.

We are new to this system and it’s learning our hospital and how we will utilize it. If you call and Dolly answers, feel free to give us your feedback on how the call went so we can work to make improvements as needed!

We thank you for your continued support and your understanding! 🐾
