We are a small, family-owned doggy daycare (with an independent groomer available) dedicated to becoming your dog's favorite place to socialize. Our facility provides a clean, safe, and friendly atmosphere for your dog to enjoy. We specialize in small to medium sized dogs (up to 30 pounds) who may have a little trouble figuring out how to play appropriately with other dogs or may be a little skit

tish when around dogs. We also take puppies starting at 12 weeks so they can learn how to play in daycare. And we didn't forget about the senior dogs! We have a cozy, quiet area for the older dogs who still love attention and some socializing with other dogs their age. Most dogs really do want to have friends. But some dogs just aren't good at socializing. That's why we created Friends for Fido. We have owned dogs that couldn't go to dog parks or doggy daycare because they couldn't handle the excitement or understand the social cues and play styles of other dogs. This doesn't always mean they are destined to be single and lonely their entire lives. Most can learn how to be around other dogs and actually have fun playing with them! 🎉 Friday Favorite Clips are here! 🐾

We’re heading into a long Labor Day weekend, and we have a BIG reason to celebrate! ❤️

✨ Tucker had an incredible confidence-building week! ✨

This tiny pup has been making some amazing progress, and today he stayed for TWO HOURS of play… and boy, did he PLAY! 😂🐶💨

Watching a pup gain confidence, come out of their shell, and discover just how much fun they can have is one of our favorite things. And Tucker didn’t do it alone! 🥰

The rest of the Fido gang played a BIG part in helping him feel comfortable, confident, and ready to join the fun. Sometimes the best teachers are four-legged and furry! 🐕🐕🐕

We are SO proud of this tiny guy and can’t wait to see what he does next! 💙

🥵🐾 Apparently, September Forgot to Tell Summer It’s Time to Leave! ☀️😂

Seriously… is anyone else looking at the calendar thinking, “September… you sure about that?” 🤔🍂

We’re officially in September, but Mother Nature seems to have decided we’re not quite ready for fall yet. These temperatures are HOT, HOT, HOT! 🔥🥵

Luckily, the Fido crew has their own strategy for surviving the heat:

We’re hoping those crisp fall mornings and cooler temperatures show up soon because we are READY for sweater weather! 🍁🐶

Until then, we’ll be hanging out in the A/C and making the most of these last (hopefully!) sweltering days of summer. ☀️➡️🍂

🐶💕 What could possibly be better than ONE adorable Mini Doxie puppy?

TWO adorable Mini Doxie puppies!!! 🥰🐾

Everyone, meet Nella! This little girl may be tiny, but WOW does she have some energy! 😂 She came in for her very first day at Fido’s and absolutely loved it!

Nella settled in so quickly that you would have thought she’d been coming to daycare since the day she was born! She even made it through almost a full day for her very first visit—and still had plenty of fun left in the tank. 💨🐶

Of course, we couldn’t let her first day go by without some special puppy playtime with Tucker! Our two Mini Doxies got some time together to explore, play, and get to know each other before joining the group. 🥹💕 Tucker has come such a long way with his confidence, so it was extra fun watching him interact with another little pup and his friends.

Two Mini Doxies + a whole crew of Fido friends + lots of zoomies = one awesome day! 💙🐾

🐾 Who needs the Monday blues when you have THIS crew?! 🐾

We kicked off the week with a full house at Fido’s, and these pups were ready to get the party started! 💨🐶 There were zoomies happening almost immediately, and the energy level definitely let us know everyone was excited to see their friends again. 😂

We were especially happy to welcome Marvin and Chadwick, the Yorkie brothers, back for some playtime! 🥰 And Miles and Jersey, the poodley doodleys, joined the fun too, along with all of our regular Fido friends.

So many familiar faces, happy reunions, new adventures, and enough zoomies to power us through the entire week!

Honestly… if every Monday looked like this, we’d never complain about Mondays again! 😄💙🐾

🎉 What a fantastic week at Fido’s! 🐶🐾💙

So many happy faces, wagging tails, playful moments, and of course… plenty of zoomies! But one of our favorite parts of the week was getting to see sweet little Tucker TWICE! 🥰

We’ve been watching this adorable Mini Doxie take baby steps toward feeling comfortable with his new friends, and WOW… what a difference we’re seeing! Each visit, Tucker is a little more curious, a little more confident, and a little more willing to join in on the fun. 💕🐶

There’s something so special about watching a shy pup discover that this is a place where he can relax, make friends, and just be a dog. And our Fido crew continues to do such a wonderful job welcoming him!

Of course, Tucker wasn’t the only one making our week special. All of our amazing friends who came through the doors brought their own personalities, energy, and plenty of reasons for us to smile. 💙

It’s not always play time at Fido’s 🐾

Today’s agenda was packed with important business:

🐶 Greet all the friends
🎾 Investigate every single toy
💨 Complete approximately 347 zoomies
🤼 Have several extremely important wrestling matches
👀 Check out what everyone else is doing
🐾 Make sure nobody is having more fun than you
😂 Repeat as necessary

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it!

Thankfully, our Fido friends take their responsibilities VERY seriously. 😆💙

And after all that hard work, they will probably go home tonight and sleep like they haven’t done a thing all day. 😂

🐾 Look who’s back for another playdate… TUCKER! 🥰💕

This adorable little Mini Doxie came back to see his Fido friends today, and we were so excited to watch him take another step forward!

We had a few more pups in the group today, so the energy level was definitely a little higher than during Tucker’s first visit. At first, he took some time to watch everything going on and figure out what all the excitement was about. 👀🐶

But after about 20 minutes, curiosity started to win! Tucker began feeling more comfortable, checking out the other pups, and interacting with everyone a little more. 💙

We’re especially proud of how wonderfully the rest of the Fido crew is around him. Everyone is so patient and gentle, giving Tucker the space he needs to get comfortable and explore at his own pace.

It’s so rewarding to watch these little personalities blossom and see confidence grow one visit at a time. 🥹🐾

Way to go, Tucker! We can’t wait for your next playdate! 💕🐶

🐶 A nice, easy start to our Monday… at least for some of us! 😂🐾

The moment George and Chappy saw each other, the zoomies were ON! 💨 Those two were ready to get the week started with some serious playtime, and before long Barley, Benny, and Taz were joining in on the fun.

Meanwhile, Juniper prefers a slightly more low-key approach to Monday mornings. 😄 Why rush into things when you can ease into the day?

And then there’s Vex… 😂🐶 If there isn’t a ball involved, he’s just not entirely convinced this whole group-play thing is worth getting up for! 🎾

Different personalities, different play styles, but one happy crew! 💙

We hope your Monday is off to a great start… preferably with fewer zoomies than this bunch! 🐾💨

🎉 Happy Favorite Clips Friday! 🐶🐾💙

What a fantastic week we’ve had at Fido’s! So many adorable faces came through our doors, and with them came LOTS of play, LOTS of friendships, and LOTS and LOTS of zoomies! 😂💨

From new friends finding their confidence to our regular crew reuniting with their best buddies, it was another week filled with wagging tails, playful antics, and plenty of reasons to smile.

We honestly couldn’t ask for a better way to wrap up the week! 💕

🐾 Everyone, meet Tucker! 🐾

This absolutely precious little Mini Doxie stopped by today for an hour to see what playing with other small pups is all about. 🥹💙

Tucker was very curious, but just a little unsure at first—which is perfectly okay! He spent some time watching the action safely from my lap, then his curiosity would take over and he’d head out to explore… before coming back for another little lap break. 😄🐶

We kept his introductions calm and low-key so he wouldn’t feel overwhelmed by all the activity, letting Tucker take everything at his own pace. By the end of his visit, he had done some exploring and checking out his new surroundings. Baby steps are still steps! 💕

We can’t wait to have this sweet little guy back for another play date and watch his confidence grow! 🐾

Meanwhile, Lillie stopped by for a little spa time and a quick romp with her friends, while Fozzie squeezed in a nail trim between play sessions. ✨

New experiences, spa time, fresh nails, friends, and plenty of fun… we’d call that a pretty great day at Fido’s! 🐶💙🐾
