Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas! I wish in this beautiful season & beyond that all can learn just to be nice to people & stop all the violence & insults & name calling. Agree to disagree. It doesn't take a lot or cost a lot to give the best gift: Smile! Even to a stranger-smile, say Hi, say Thanks.If someone is having a bad day forgive & tell them they are appreciated. That's all it takes because smiles are contagious. Stop judging people by what they believe replacing that to judging how they treat you. Enjoy your Christmas & take a hint from Delilah-roll on your back & stretch your arms & legs! I appreciate all my customers & I thank you for your support through the good & bad. I am grateful to call my customers my friends & that we can focus on our love for our pets & not the unkindness in the world.

Hi all! I'm having the best time working! Mom & I drive around & around & mom gets out sometimes & goes in a house. I wait in the car keeping an eye out to make sure no one else takes our car. Mom says from the first time I did everything perfect! She didn't have to explain anything or show me anything! She says I was born to do this!! Want to know what else? There's a cat in this house!! Mom calls him a Randall but I know it's a cat! Guess I have some things I'll have to be teaching my mom! Anyway the cat/Randall is already my friend! He doesn't mind walking right by me & he's not afraid. In fact tonite mom was getting her dinner ready & he came to get his but I was standing next to mom waiting for mine he got right in between us!! I don't want to do anything to scare him--mom told me I wasn't allowed to-- so I just waited. Mom makes sure we both get our turns. Mom says it's time we get to bed now. The pictures are of me on my very own bed and showing how tired I was after my first working day!

Hi! Well, it' been a long day & then I find out I have "work" to do! Writing to people I can't see! So here I go: My name is Delilah. It started out being put in a van with a whole bunch of other dogs & we drove & drove & drove some more. Sometimes we had to drive slow & I heard the people saying the weather was causing delays & we were over 2 hrs. late. But finally we pulled into a big parking lot & when the doors opened all these cars were waiting with heat on! After people ran around handing what they called supplies to people in the cars they started to take dogs out & handed them to people! I just figured it would be everyone else but then--I heard my name & I was taken to a car! I have to say-I was scared & trembling but then this lady from the car opened the door & I got set inside! She told me I was going to a new forever home! If I behaved myself! So I just stayed nice & quiet in the back seat & we drove more--not nearly as long & then the lady told me we are here! It's so dark here I can't see anything so I hope in the day I'll be able to see more but we went into this house & It's warm & there are comfy beds that are mine! Right now tho I am pretty tired So I hope it's OK if I talk more in the next few days. I just wanted to say Hi & hope I can fill the big foot pads that Samson left & you'll love me as much as you did him some day. OOps--mom said I should say that the van we rode in said Operation Freedom Ride, inc. They are fantastic wonderful people & definately should be remembered if you want to rescue a dog like me!

BABIES!! I know there's at least 3! Look towards the top, in the center, They blend in really well & they are so tiny but if you watch carefully you'll see the eyes glow then it's easy to follow them along. In one of the videos one little one takes off a little ways! I think that when will keep mom & dad busy!

Again it has happened- while my heart is still breaking from my previous loss, Rainbow Bridge has gained another one of the fluffypaw gang, Levi.

With deep heartbreaking sadness I'm letting you know Samson went to Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. We gave it a good run- it was 424 days ago that I thought we had reached the time & the Vet said I could see if giving him fluids would help. My first reaction was laughter! I said I don't think he would allow that one bit. I was wrong-- he was fine & co-operative so off we went on this new adventure. To the date we spent 1 year & 2 months more together. But hard as we tried our extra time came to an end. It was the arthritis from 2 ACL repairs & his back end that caught up to him. A few nights ago he started pacing around & was pushing into small areas trying to hide & I knew through my tears & with a broken heart he was letting me know he was ready. But up to the end he still got excited & jumped up ready to go to work! He loved to work! Samson was the hardest of my 3 dogs to get him to trust me. I don't know why I kept giving him more & more chances, there was just a gut feeling that somewhere under all that hair & adorable face was a good dog wanting to come out. 2 & half years later the true Samson started to emerge & he was way beyond a good dog- he was an awesome & smart dog. I'm going to miss him.
