One of the biggest benefits of in-home private lessons is that we can work on the behaviors that are actually happening in your everyday life, right where they happen.

As part of his service dog training, Finn is learning how to provide deep pressure when his handler needs it, an important skill that can help provide grounding and calming support.

And, just like any service dog skill, it takes repetition, consistency, and lots of practice to make the behavior reliable.

We’re building the skill one step at a time so that Finn can eventually perform it confidently and appropriately when his handler needs him most.
