Cute little Wesley and his sister Bailey are enjoying a nice chew together. As the weather get colder it is great to be prepared with some indoor activities that can keep your puppies busy on really cold or stormy days. Bully sticks and they are a safe alternative to standard rawhide chews and dogs love them. Kongs filled with dog food and frozen are great for keeping dogs entertained too. You can also feed your dog his or her meal buy throwing little kibbles one at a time from the couch or a chair so that your little one has to "hunt" for his food.

Shelby was one of the first Carson shelter dogs to make her way to NH through ALO. She was adopted by a wonderful NH family!
(She had evidence of past leg injury and her 'time' at the shelter was up) Here is a photo, posted by her family, showing Shelby at the blessing for the animals. How her life has changed ~ one lucky little dog!

Little Miss Luna is having a new beginning with the Moreno Family! She will have loads of fun running romping in a huge play yard with her two Lab brothers and tons of snuggle time with her people. She will also get to go traveling in her new family's RV for vacations! Congratulations little Luna. We are so happy for you and your family! Here what her new mom Kim had to say about how Luna is settling in:
"I just have to drop you a note. Words can not express how much we LOVE Luna. She is the sweetest little dog. She is the EASIEST dog – all she wants to do is please us. Luna is so loving and gentle. She is wonderful with our kids. OMG none of us can walk by her without stopping to snuggle her. She sits on my lap when I am working at the computer. My daughter wakes up to Luna’s little face every morning.
What a joy! It is a great experience for my kids to have such a loving dog. My big dogs are sweet boys but Luna is such a manageable size for them that they get to experience what we have with the big dogs.
Just had to let you know that she has really touched our hearts"
