W.A is a private farm tucked in the woods just off the Durham, NC city limit. Our Co-op community welcomes all breeds and disciplines. Owners are encouraged to feed, practice, and love their horse(s) their own way with no obligation to contract for training or lease their horse to our lesson program...

No training obligations. No lease or lesson contracts. Self care boarders do all their own daily feeding and maintenance. Barn manager lives on site for 24/7 observations and water toughs are cleaned and scrubbed regularly. Arena access 90x36 footed and covered with lights. Stall signs included.
