Happy National Dessert Day! 🍧🍦🧁🍬 We asked your dogs what they wanted today, and we have a feeling the answer involves snacks.
The good news? Treats don't have to be fancy to make your pup's day! Swipe to see a few simple, dog-friendly options you may already have at home.
Remember to keep treats in moderation and introduce new foods in small amounts. Always check that foods are safe for your dog before sharing (especially when seasoned or prepared with added ingredients)!
What's your dog's favorite treat? Tell us in the comments!

🐾 Have you checked out all the services offered at The Spartan Spaw?

We offer affordable grooming services through our student-run program, giving our students hands-on experience while helping our community’s pups look and feel their best!

And we’re excited to announce that we’re ADDING BRUSH-OUT SESSIONS to our service menu ‼️ These sessions are perfect for pups who need a little extra help with shedding and regular coat maintenance, without needing a bath.

From baths and haircuts to de-shedding treatments and now brush-outs, we have options to help your pup stay fresh and fluffy!

As a reminder, our students are still learning, so we focus on safety, patience, and providing a positive experience rather than promising perfect results.

Interested in booking? Send us a message to learn more about our services and schedule your pup’s next appointment!

💙🫧We’ve updated our pricing menu‼️

Our prices have stayed mostly the same, but we’ve given our menu a refresh to make it easier to read and navigate. We’ve also added a few new options, including our new brush-out sessions and deep-cleansing shampoo!

Take a look at our updated menu to see what services we offer and find the best options for your pup.

As always, The Spartan Spaw is a student-run dog grooming education program where students gain hands-on experience while providing affordable grooming services to our community. Thank you for supporting our students as they continue learning and growing!

FUN FACT FRIDAY: DOUBLE-COATED DOGS EDITION!

Did you know that some double-coated dogs start growing a denser undercoat as the seasons change? As we transition from summer to fall, your pup’s coat may be getting ready for cooler weather!

Regular brushing helps remove loose fur, prevent mats, and keep their coat in good condition. Don’t forget those tricky spots behind the ears, under the legs, and around the collar!

Have a fluffy pup at home? Tell us their breed in the comments!

✨ MAKEOVER MONDAY ✨

A fresh start for this sweet girl! ✂️🐶💕

We love getting to give our clients a whole new look while giving our students real, hands-on grooming experience!

And don’t forget—we do offer haircuts! ✂️ We just don’t charge an additional fee for haircuts because our students are still learning. Our grooms may not always be perfect, but every appointment is an opportunity for our students to learn, grow, and build their skills. 🐾

Looking for an affordable groom while supporting our students? We’d love to see your pup! 💕 Don’t forget to book your next appointment with The Spartan Spaw!
