🌸 AKIRA 👑 — RETIRING FEMALE — READY NOW!
Akira is our beautiful CFA-registered Tortie Point Himalayan-Persian, and as we complete the final transition of our cattery, she is officially retiring from our breeding program and is ready to find her forever home now! ❤️
DOB: 2/4/2024 | Age: 2 years
Akira has successfully raised two litters of four kittens, and she has been an absolutely amazing mother. Both of her deliveries were uncomplicated, and she has always been an incredibly natural, devoted mom. She has never needed to be reminded or encouraged to care for her kittens—she has always done it all on her own. 🥰
💕 About Akira’s personality
Akira is a very shy, quiet, and independent girl.
She is NOT a super cuddly or needy cat. She doesn’t typically seek out attention, follow you around the house, or want to constantly hang out beside you. She is more of a hider and observer, particularly when she’s in a new environment.
Once she feels comfortable, she will allow you to pick her up and will purr the entire time. She is actually an incredibly constant purrer. ❤️
Because of her personality, Akira would be best suited for someone who appreciates a beautiful, calm, independent cat and is comfortable allowing her to adjust and come out of her shell on her own terms.
If you’re looking for a cat that will demand your attention and live in your lap, Akira probably isn’t the girl for you. If you’re happy having a gorgeous, quiet companion who may take some time to trust you, she could be a wonderful fit.
🏡 Home & Other Pets
Akira is accustomed to:
🐾 Other cats
🐾 Children
🐾 Dogs
We do want to be completely transparent that Akira has developed marking tendencies around other cats since having her first litter. She does not do this when she is separated from other cats.
For that reason, we would especially love to find her a home where her personality and this behavior can be accommodated appropriately.
👑 Retirement Options
Akira can go:
❤️ Pet only with CFA papers
👑 With breeding rights to an approved home
✂️ Already spayed before leaving, if going as a pet
Akira is ready now!
After giving us two beautiful litters and being such an incredible mother, it’s time for this sweet girl to retire and enjoy life as someone’s spoiled companion. We want to find her a home that truly understands and appreciates who Akira is rather than expecting her to be a personality she isn’t. ❤️
