They’re hosting a Lottery Scratch-Off Raffle, and the prize package is packed with goodies, including a FREE $60 groom from Shampoochies Grooming!

📣🐾 Friendly Reminder of Our Policies 🐾📣

We do our best to accommodate everyone and keep our schedule running smoothly, so we wanted to remind everyone of a few important policies.

⏰ Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for 1 dog and a 10-minute grace period for 2+ dogs. Arriving past the grace period may result in a late fee or your appointment needing to be rescheduled, depending on our schedule that day. Being late can put us behind for every appointment that follows.

🚫 No-Shows
No-shows will result in an additional fee added to your next appointment. We understand that things happen and we do not always need 24 hours’ notice — we simply ask that you communicate with us. We often have clients waiting for an opening and may be able to fill your spot.

🐶 Pickup
Please do not arrive until we call, text, or message you that your dog is ready. Once your pup sees you, they usually become excited and wiggly, which can make it difficult and sometimes unsafe for us to finish their groom.

✂️ Grooming Times
The average appointment is approximately 3 hours per dog, and appointments with multiple dogs will take longer. Please keep this in mind when scheduling and allow us the time needed to safely complete your pet’s groom.

👶 Maternity Leave Update
Brianna has officially returned from maternity leave! As we settle into a new routine, there may occasionally be longer grooming times or small delays while she steps inside to nurse the baby. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we balance returning to work with caring for our newest little one.

🏠 Home-Based Business Reminder
Although we are home-based, please respect our family’s privacy. Do not knock on our doors outside of business hours or knock on the back door inside the grooming room. If you need us, please call, text, or message our page.
