Proof that a little paint can go a long way!!!🤣 This old barn was in some serious need of a new look, top picture is from the day we bought it and the bottom is the new updated look!
A big thank you to my brother eddy, who did all the construction to get this project done!
And thanks to Kate for the color suggestion, I may have spent the next 3 years trying to decide😵‍💫 Mike and Cindy for helping me paint, it takes a village!!

A little sappy and a lot joyous.... as most of us cannot explain, the horse bug hit me early. I was 3years old as my earliest memory goes obsessed with horses, which would then turn into a lifelong journey to be a professional horse rider and one day have my own place.
The journey has had more downs than ups, more challenges than I could have ever imagined, and I won't lie, I have wanted to call it quits and give up many times. The past three years since we bought this property has been a whole other level of different problems to solve, to say the least, i've had to get creative!
But after 30 years hard work, searching, planning and making the most of every opportunity in between, I officially have a full-time year round place to call my own.
And the most exciting part is that it's just the beginning, i have some big dreams for this little farm, and it starts with this indoor round pen, but its going to become so much more.
Thank you to the people that have supported and believed in me, and made this dream start to take shape, im forever grateful.
These are the days im glad I didn't give up, we still have a long way to go, but it will happen.

It may not seem like much, but this picture made my heart so happy! We have groom stalls finally! Only took three years, thanks to the never ending to do list😅 can't wait for them to be finished, but for now, taking a moment to appreciate the little milestones on the path!
But nothing builds inspiration, like a good before and after picture!
