WINTER WEATHER ALERT! 🚨
A severe storm and record-breaking cold are headed our way! While you’re stocking up on bread and milk, don’t forget to prep for your furry family members. Extreme cold can be dangerous for pets.

To keep them safe:

🔹Bring them inside: If it’s too cold for you, it’s too cold for them.
🔹Shorten the walks: Limit outdoor time to quick "potty breaks" only.
🔹Have a supply of pet food & meds ready.
🔹Watch the paws: Ice, salt, and de-icing chemicals can irritate or burn paw pads. Wipe them down after every trip outside!
🔹Check the hood: Outdoor cats often seek warmth near car engines. Give your hood a loud "thump" before starting the car.
