Today, we’re shining a spotlight on the amazing long-stay cats and dogs at . They might take a little longer to find their perfect match, but they have endless love to give!

Did you know that Pets4Life regularly opens its doors to host special adoption and other events for the amazing cats and dogs from Orphans of the Storm?
These events are all about getting the spotlight onto the shelter's wonderful residents—the sweet pets who have been waiting for their forever homes. By hosting these events at are facility, Pets4Life gives these cats and dogs a comfortable, welcoming space outside of the shelter to meet the community, show off their personalities, and connect with loving families.

Pickle was born with a rare genetic condition called Multiple Epiphyseal Dysplasia (MED). This means the ends of his bones didn't harden quite like they should, resulting in shorter legs and some extra "wobble" in his walk.

While MED can lead to joint pain and early arthritis, Pickle doesn't let a little skeletal quirk slow him down. He reminds us every day that "different" is beautiful and that a "disability" is just a different way of doing things!
