October is National Pet Wellness Month, so we're sharing "Wellness Wednesdays" this month to highlight some of our favorite solutions and supplements to help keep your dog and cat happy and healthy! This week we're featuring a few of our favorite skin & coat care products.

Healthy skin and a healthy coat go hand in hand with your pet’s overall comfort and wellness. Depending on your pet’s needs, support can come from the inside out with nutritional oils and supplements, or from topical products designed to help soothe, moisturize, cleanse, and protect the skin.

That can include everything from paw balms and sprays to medicated wipes, skin sprays, ear washes, and other targeted care products for those areas that sometimes need a little extra attention.

At 7 years old, this Weimaraner/Lab mix is the perfect blend of sweet, snuggly, and just a little bit goofy. With her adorably quirky ears and soulful eyes, Ellie has a way of stealing hearts in seconds. She was previously adopted, but through no fault of her own, she found her way back to us due to her owner’s health, and now she’s hoping for her forever home.

Ellie is a total people-lover. Kids? Yes please. Adults? Even better. If you’ve got a couch, she’s already claimed her spot. This girl lives for belly rubs, cozy naps, and being right by your side. She’s happiest as the center of your world, so she’ll need to be the only pet in the home—no other dogs or cats for this queen.

She’s got some strength behind her, so she’ll do best with someone who can confidently handle her on leash and continue working with her on not pulling. A few manners tune-ups and she’ll be the ultimate companion.

This 5-year-old orange tabby is all about the simple, sweet things in life. Mars is a gentle, affectionate boy who absolutely loves attention—whether that’s soft pets, quiet companionship, or just being near his people. At 3.5 years old and 60 pounds, this pitty mix is a whole lot of handsome with an even bigger personality. Mr. Bean brings the sunshine wherever he goes — full of energy, always ready for an adventure, and guaranteed to keep you smiling with his goofy, larger-than-life charm. Whether it’s a car ride, a stroll in the fresh spring air, or just hanging with his favorite people, he’s all in.

After the fun? He’s just as happy soaking up affection. Mr. Bean LOVES his humans and will gladly trade playtime for snuggles and attention.

He’s housebroken, working on his leash manners (he is a strong guy 💪), and prefers tough toys and durable chews that can keep up with him. Mr. Bean would do best as the only dog in the home — along with no cats or young kids for this guy. He does well with teenagers and older. While he *may* be able to live with the right dog, a meet-and-greet is required to make sure it’s a good fit. He would really prefer all your love to himself!
