Hello everyone, just wanted to update our payment & NO-REFUND policy.
Starting October 1st 2026, payment is required IN FULL at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed or reserved until the full payment has been received.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a booking has been confirmed, payments will not be refunded due to cancellation, changes in plans, early return, or unused services. HOWEVER, you will be credited free days to use should you need to cancel for any reason. For example, if you will be gone for a week (7 days) and need to cancel that week, you will have (7) total credits available to use whenever you’d like.
Payments MUST be made by Cash/check, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.
Thanks for your understanding.
