Help, I got a puppy! When do I start getting my dog groomed? Fabulous question! We recommend getting them started between 3-4 months of age. The sooner you start getting your dog desensitized to grooming, the better they will acclimate to the process. The groomer doesn’t need to be a scary place. Dogs that come in on a schedule and start early in life usually love coming to see us and we love getting to see them!

This little puppy started her grooming journey this week, she is a 14 weeks, 2.5lbs Yorkie puppy. Her owners were so diligent in making sure she gets a good start! Thank you!

❄️⛄️ Big or small we groom them all!! Stay safe during the winter storm, here are some tips. If snow gets stuck to your dogs fur, get a kitchen whisk and whisk it off! It will save you lots of time! Also be careful with deicing salt, it can burn your dogs paw pads if there is too much exposure! Stay safe! ❄️⛄️
