Come see us this weekend at Market on Chocolate ! We are so excited to join this amazing group of vendors again. The friendships and connections we have made with our community continue to flourish and remind us why we love being part of this event 💚

Market season is officially here! Hope Springs Farm will be at Market on Chocolate every other weekend starting June 6th through the end of August with a variety of fresh produce, plants, handmade crafts, and more created and grown by our Growers and staff. They will also be at the Makers Market at the Hershey History Center on Sunday June 14th.

Follow them on social media for weekly updates and sneak peeks of what they will bring to the market each week.

Can’t make it to the market? Their Farm produce stand is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, where you can shop seasonal produce along with chicken and duck eggs, canned goods, handmade crafts, and yarn inside the blue farmhouse. They are located at 201 Trail Road Hershey.

Better late than never… because celebrating moms should happen all year long! 💐✨

This month, we’re shining a light on one of the sweetest bonds at Hope Springs Farm — Gracie and her daughter, Miracle. These two miniature horses are truly inseparable best friends, and we love watching Gracie’s confidence and silly side shine whenever Miracle is nearby.

Their relationship is such a beautiful reminder that we’re all a little stronger with the ones we love beside us. 💕

Happy (slightly belated 😉) Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms, mother figures, and nurturers in our community! Be sure to stop by and say “hello” to the girls during your next visit to the farm. 🐴🌸

A huge THANK YOU to WB Music Therapy, for helping us replace our old beds with beautiful, accessible galvanized raised beds for our Growers. 🪻

Carl Geissinger is "shear" perfection! ✂️ Thank you for making time in your busy schedule for our small herd. The sheep and alpacas look fantastic, the staff is happy, and our garden beds are about to get a major nutrient boost from all that fresh wool. 🐑🌿

Duke has officially earned his title as the farm’s resident unicorn! He didn’t just get this spotlight for his unique look- he earned it through an incredible transformation.

Once a shy guy, Duke has turned a new leaf thanks to the tireless patience and hard work of our Growers and staff. Their dedication has helped his fun, colorful personality truly blossom. He’s gone from quiet to a total social butterfly! 🦋

With the sunshine finally here, Duke has become our official greeting committee. Every morning, he’s hopping up on his stall door, excited to head out to the sensory pen to soak up the sun and all the extra attention he can get. ☀️

Duke is our spotlight animal because he reminds us that with enough care and "lovin’," anyone can find their spark. He’s been a total joy to have in the barn, and we can’t wait for you to see his "unicorn magic" in person! 🐐💖

Unfortunately, due to the projected weather forecast, we have made the tough decision to cancel our Holiday Dance on Friday December 26th. We want to ensure everyone stays safe and off the roads during the winter storm.

Our next dance will be held on January 30th from 6p-8pm.

Our annual Holiday Cookie Sale brings tasty treats that will make you loved ones smile!



For $10/container, you can fill your cookie tray with as many delicious cookies that can fit! We will also have pre-packaged variety of cookies, if you want to skip the fuss.



Homemade canned goods, candies, holiday crafts and more will be available.
