What an amazing weekend. The weather was Perfect!

We have discussed a length the EHV1 outbreak in Texas as it pertains to our upcoming Show this coming weekend with multiple veterinarians and have come to the conclusion that we are still planning on having the show. Horses that will be coming to the show that have been in the state of Texas within the last 6 weeks have passed the incubation time frame without symptoms (and were not at a facility that had horses from the affected discipline).

We would like to remind EVERYONE to follow horse show biosecurity protocols "horse social distancing" and do not pet or touch other horses, do not let your horses touch noses with any horse not from its own herd, do not put communal water hose in your water buckets. An additional Reminder to check your horse's temperature before you load up to come to the show.
