I don’t understand the whole leave your dog at home without saying goodbye thing… to make them less anxious. They understand English, a lot of them, and if they don’t really, they get our energy and sentiment.

When they follow you out looking all confused, it’s sad. (just now saw it on a reality show)
I tell each and every one of our doggies that we’ll be back soon and we love you so much. 

Sometimes I say yeah, my loves, I have to go to work and make money so I can take care of you all lol
