At Shenango Valley Animal Shelter, we believe every dog deserves a chance to be loved, no matter their breed! 🐶💙

Pit bulls are often misunderstood and judged by stereotypes rather than their individual personalities. The truth is that every dog is unique, and with proper care, training, socialization, and love, dogs of all breeds can become wonderful companions.

Update regarding Sedan.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your contributions. We have successfully met our fundraising goal, with additional funds secured to cover his neuter procedure and vaccinations.

Sedan is currently being kept comfortable with pain management in preparation for his surgery tomorrow. We kindly request your thoughts during this time, hoping for a successful procedure and a smooth recovery, as he faces an extensive healing process ahead.

Hello everyone! We need help! This poor baby was hit by a car in Farrell; I am not 100% sure of the road because I immediately had him rushed to Fette Veterinary Clinic to make sure he was okay. He is an unneutered male, has no microchip, and was covered in fleas. He is approximately 6 months old. We named him sedan. He had X-rays done, and his femoral head is broken; he needs a femoral head ostectomy (FHO) in hopes of saving his leg! We would like to save this poor baby's life, so please help by donating so we can continue our mission! His appointment with the xray and his surgery is going to be about $900. Laundry soap
Kitten hard food
Treats for the pups

Is third time the charm for Miss CiCi girl? Due to no fault of her own both times she has been brought back to the shelter. Each time it leaves her confused as to why she isn’t snuggled up in someone’s bed still, instead she is back at the noisey shelter🩷😢
