📢 **Important Announcement**

Dear valued clients,

We want to inform you that Jessica will be out of work for the next few weeks due to a torn Achilles tendon. This is a significant injury for her, and she has never undergone surgery before, so it’s a challenging time.

The rest of our team is doing their best to cover her responsibilities and will be rescheduling appointments as necessary. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and loyalty during this trying period.

Let’s all send Jessica our best wishes and positive vibes for a smooth recovery! Thank you for your support.

Warm regards,
Shampooch Staff

Wishing all our clients a truly special holiday! We wouldn’t love our jobs nearly as much without the amazing dogs and kitties we get to groom. Thank you for being a part of our family!
