Our favorite thing might just be getting surprise updates from Archer and his dad—and this one definitely made our day!

We’re pretty sure Archer knows exactly how cute he is in his kissing booth costume. Thank you to his dad for always keeping us updated with the sweetest pictures and videos. We love getting to see what our patients are up to long after they leave our clinic!

🎣🐱 Catch of the Day: Gidget!

A few weeks ago, sweet Gidget came to see us after an unfortunate fishing adventure left her with a fishhook stuck in her shoulder! 😳

Fast forward to yesterday, and we’re happy to report that Gidget is all healed up and growing like a w**d! She was looking (and acting!) like a happy, healthy kitten again.

We’re so glad this little mishap is officially behind her!

Double the fluff, double the cuteness!

We had TWO very special visitors this week —these adorable British Shorthair kittens! 🐱💙

We don’t get to see many purebred cats at our clinic, so these two definitely caught everyone’s attention! With their round faces, plush coats, and sweet personalities, they had our whole team swooning.

We’re pretty sure they left with a few extra admirers… and maybe a few extra photos, too! 📸🐾

Late summer is peak itch season for many pets. If you've noticed your dog or cat scratching, licking, or chewing more than usual, it may be more than just a harmless habit.

Common causes of itchy skin include:
• Fleas
• Environmental allergies
• Bacterial or yeast skin infections
• Parasites
• Dry or irritated skin

While some itching is occasional, persistent scratching can lead to hot spots, skin infections, and ongoing discomfort.

If your pet's itching isn't improving, or you notice redness, hair loss, or sores, it's time to schedule an exam. Identifying the underlying cause early can help your pet feel better–and prevent the problem from getting worse.
