Calling all Arizona Outdoor Lovers! Did you know that GSPs don’t just excel at hunting, they excel at nearly every outdoor athletic activity? Most of our owners have young children and love to go on outdoor adventures as a family. This is why it has been so important to us to not only breed a strong natural hunting ability, but to also make sure they will thrive in a family environment. Bear Paw dogs are bred to want to work with you whether that’s hunting birds, hiking mountains, or running around in the yard with your kids.

We’ve started teaching our puppies to read. We thought about using a puppy curriculum, but decided it would be much more beneficial to use a reading curriculum made for young children, this way you can talk with your dog in English and leave her notes. At this time, our puppies are only available in English speaking, we hope to be adding Spanish, and, naturally German, in future litters.

Are there other things we should be considering when training our pups? Other language preferences?

What should we call this little girl? She's got a lot of s***k, but she isn't going to get that big, she's probably only going to make it to 38 lbs.

She has a blaze on her face and she attracts the love of adorable children.

I just can't get over this funny patch! Does it look like a face? Ghost 👻, something else?

Let me know your thoughts! She needs a cute name (and a home!!)
