As a reminder, while we do have one extremely fast groomer on staff we ask that you allow 3-4hrs for your appointments. Especially if you are not the very first appointment of the day. We work with moving targets that aren’t always cooperative, sometimes use bodily waste as a weapon, and have teeth that they aren’t afraid to use against us so we cannot guarantee a fast 1-2hr turnaround on all grooming visits. We have to take whatever amount of time allows us to SAFELY complete each fur baby whose care is entrusted to us. Plus we never know how many times the phone will ring or how many people will walk through our doors to ask questions and schedule appointments. That means sometimes even if your pet is behaving, they may take a little longer to complete. As always, we appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support. We couldn’t do what we do without your trust and patronage.
