This is Mommy’s rescue - please help us celebrate 10 years of saving lives !
From Our Founder & Director**
Ten years ago, on *October 1, 2016*, Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue began with nothing more than *a wing, a prayer, and a dream to save cats who had nowhere else to go.*
I never imagined that dream would grow into what it is today.
Because of supporters like you, we've found loving homes for *more than 7,000 cats* and helped thousands more through our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. Every adoption, every rescue, every life saved has been possible because people like you believed in our mission.
As we celebrate our *10th Anniversary*, I'd love to ask for one simple gift.
*What if every family who has ever adopted from KKHR gave just $10 to celebrate 10 years?*
Imagine how many more lives we could save together.
Many people don't realize that *Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue is run entirely by volunteers.* No one receives a salary—not our volunteers, not our fosters, and not even me. That means every dollar you donate goes right back to the cats, providing food, medical care, spay and neuter services, shelter, and the daily care they need until they find loving homes.
Our goal is to raise *$10,000* before the end of the year in honor of our 10th Anniversary, and we're hoping a generous company or individual will step forward to match those donations and double the impact.
Throughout the anniversary celebration, we'll be hosting several special fundraising events, so be sure to follow our page for updates and ways to join the celebration.
Whether you've adopted a cat, volunteered, fostered, donated, or simply shared our mission with others, *you are part of this incredible journey.* Thank you for believing in us and for helping us give thousands of cats a second chance.
Here's to the next 10 years of saving lives—together.
With heartfelt gratitude,
*Rita Bowman*
