Heliamphora are the Marsh pitchers or Sun pitchers from South America. Native exclusively to the Tepui. With only a few exceptions, these unique plants are found at the top of the plateaus and due to the extremely unique geography, and weather created by it, they have several unique features and care requirements.One of the most notable care requirements that can make them a little tricker than some of the more common Carnivorous plants is that they want cooler weather, and high temperatures can be detrimental to most species.

Picked up handful of these little Heliamphora minor this weekend if any of my local Carnivorous plant enthusiasts are looking for one. :)
