From soothing baths to stylish haircuts, we prioritize your pet's well-being and create a stress-free all inclusive environment. Join our community of happy pet owners and schedule an appointment today! Grooming appointments include:
• nail grinding
• ear cleaning
• face feet sani-shave
•15 minutes of deshed/brushing/dematting as needed (if more time is necessary we will charge accordingly)

Self service dog wash also available! No appointment needed, first come first serve.
$18 per wash
Enclosed, private station perfect for multiple dogs. Assistance and tips provided if needed.

When someone takes the time to recognize not just the grooming, but the people behind it, that means a lot.

Kylie and the team put so much work into every appointment, from the little details of a haircut to making sure each pet is comfortable and well cared for along the way.

And hearing that those efforts are noticed is pretty special.

Well, fall certainly made an entrance this week! 🍂🐾

Rain, muddy yards, soggy dogs, and even a little snow showing up on the mountains!

If your dog has been coming inside with wet paws, a dirty belly, and that lovely wet-dog smell lately, you're in good company.

This time of year can be a messy one for our four-legged friends, especially those with longer coats that seem to collect everything they walk through.

Just a little reminder to dry those paws and bellies when they come inside, and keep an eye out for tangles as their coats get wet.

And when the muddy adventures start winning, you know where to find us!

The finished haircut gets all the attention, but there’s a whole lot that happens before we get there. 🐾

Bathing. Drying. Brushing. Nails. Ears. Coat prep. Getting out loose undercoat. Working through tangles. And occasionally negotiating with someone who has decided we absolutely do NOT need to touch that particular foot today. 😂

A great groom starts long before the scissors come out.
That behind-the-scenes work might not be the glamorous part, but it’s a huge part of what makes that fluffy finished pup possible.

And after a week full of them, we’re ready for the weekend. 💚

You’re allowed to be picky about your dog’s haircut. ✂️🐶
Seriously, show us the picture.

Tell us you want the ears shorter. Leave the tail fluffy. Take the face tighter. Keep the beard. Lose the beard. Tell us what drove you crazy about the last haircut.
We’d rather know.

Grooming isn’t one haircut that gets applied to every dog. Coat, condition and what’s realistic for your pup all play a part, but knowing what you like gives us somewhere to start.

And if you have absolutely no idea what you want?
That’s okay too. 😂
We can help with that.

The fall coat is coming 👀

If your house suddenly has a little more dog hair floating around... welcome to fall.

This time of year, we start seeing coats change as dogs get ready for cooler weather. For some pups, that means a whole lot of loose undercoat ready to come out.
And yes, much of it will happily come out on your couch, clothes, car seats, and every black shirt you own.

A good bath, blowout and deshed can help get all that loose coat out at once and keep their skin and coat in good shape going into winter.

If your dog currently leaves behind a small version of themselves every time they stand up, it might be time.

One of my favorite parts of grooming is getting to know the dogs that come through the shop over time.

You learn their personalities. Their quirks. What they like, what they don’t, and exactly how their people like them groomed.

Before long, they stop feeling like appointments on the calendar and start feeling like familiar faces you’re happy to see walk through the door.

I’m grateful for every person who trusts me with their dog, keeps coming back, and sends friends and family my way.

That kind of support is what keeps a small local business going.

We love our dog clients, but we have to give the cats a little love too. 🐱💚

Cat grooming can be a completely different ballgame, and having a calm environment and someone who knows how to work with them matters.

So hearing that Katie felt comfortable leaving her girl with us, appreciated the quieter entrance, and was happy enough to book another visit right away? That means a lot.

I swear dogs know when they look good. 😂

There’s always that little moment after a groom when we put them down, they shake it off, and suddenly they’re walking around like they own the place.

Fresh haircut. Clean face. Fluffy ears.
Confidence: 10/10.

Friday at The Dreaded Groomer 💚🐾

A few more baths. A few more haircuts. Dog hair absolutely everywhere. 😂 And a whole lot of pups getting cleaned up before the weekend.

There’s something pretty satisfying about watching a scruffy pup come in and seeing that fresh, fluffy version walk back out.

We love what we get to do, and we’re pretty lucky we get to spend our days with your dogs.

Not every dog walks through the door excited and ready for a groom. Some are nervous. Some need a little extra time. And some just need someone willing to get down on their level and let them know they’re safe.

Billie did exactly that with this sweet girl.
