I'm looking for a few more friends for Monday Adventure School!!
I like to run. FAST. VERY FAST. Humans say only in the field Chippy, be safe Chippy and I try to be a good boy and listen. But once we get to the field it's time to RUN! I liked to be chased, and I like to pretend to let my friends catch me, and then I run away really fast!! Who wants to come race me??

Vivid is accepting applications for Monday Adventure School dogs for her group of students!!
Vivid's student criteria is below! Not a good fit for Vivid's group? Keep an eye out for more from our other group leaders!
- Small dogs must apply! Vivid loves anything under 35 lbs best, the smaller the better!
- Not so sure about adventures? Excellent, Vivid will teach you all about being brave and exploring the woods!
- Field zooms. You'll be sure to go home tired, because Vivid thinks zooms are the best part of her day.
- Need a dog to follow to learn to stick with the group? Vivid is perfect for this because she doesn't understand why anyone would want to stray too far or chase any woodland friends.

We are excited to announce that we will be offering Monday Adventure School as of September 14th!

What dogs should come to Adventure School?? The short answer is: most dogs, especially those whose owners value behavioral health or the ability to hike off-leash.

But, in our experience, which dogs benefit the MOST?
-younger dogs who have had training, but who struggle to apply that training
-dogs who often struggle to focus (or are reactive) around other dogs because they are "too friendly"
-future sports dogs who need to learn how to use their bodies to move well
-dogs who have owners who struggle to get them enough physical exercise
-independent dogs who just need more time to "dog" than the average pet

Adventure School is very full and has been for a while. We are considering getting another group going on Mondays, and would like to know if there is interest. Priority would be given to school graduates, but this would be open to other dogs as well. This would be a weekly program.
We have seen our adventure School dogs behaviorally thrive and would love to give more dogs this opportunity. Dogs enrolled participate in two 45-60 minute off leash hikes, and work on gate manners, coming when called, checking in and social skills.
Drop off would be available at either branch campus or AU Reynoldsburg.
