Some horses are talented. Some horses are special. Every once in a while, you're blessed to have one that is both. ❤️

Timeless Cat is a very special mare and an absolute blessing to show. Her heart, consistency, and willingness make every trip to the show pen enjoyable, and we're grateful for every opportunity to swing a leg over her.

We are thankful for the journey and partnership this mare provides. She continues to give her all every time her name is called, and that's something we never take for granted.

It's always a great day to show a couple of cow horses, and even better because we got to start it with Cowboy Church right from the saddle.

Before the first class we took time to gather, pray, and hear God's Word. There’s something special about worshiping in the same arena where we spend so many hours competing.

We're thankful for good horses, good friends, and the freedom to put faith first.

"Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." — Matthew 6:33

We enjoyed the competition, but the best part of the day was being reminded of what truly matters.

🌙 Night Checks Matter 🌙

One of the most important parts of our program happens when most people are calling it a day.

Every evening, before we head to the house, we do one final walk-through and put eyes on every horse. Last night, that routine paid off. We found one of our horses showing signs of colic during our night check. Because it was caught early, we were able to take immediate action, get to the veterinarian quickly, and thankfully, everything is well.

Horses don't always follow a schedule when something goes wrong. That's why consistency, attention to detail, and being willing to make that extra trip through the barn can make all the difference.

Training, feeding, and riding are important, but great horsemanship extends far beyond the saddle. The little things done day after day are often what keep horses healthy, happy, and performing at their best.

Night checks aren't just a routine—they're a critical part of a successful program.

🐴❤️ We are grateful this horse is doing well today and thankful for the reminder that diligence matters.
