If you want your furry family member looking and smelling their best for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and all of your holiday celebrations, we highly recommend scheduling your appointments NOW.
Holiday weeks are some of our busiest times of the entire year, and once our schedule is full, we may not be able to squeeze in additional appointments. Booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your preferred dates and keep your pup fresh, fluffy, and photo-ready! 🐶✨

🐾 Medical Update Regarding Tori 🐾

We wanted to provide an update to all of our wonderful clients regarding Tori’s medical leave.

Unfortunately, Tori will be out of the salon longer than we originally anticipated while she continues to recover from her hand, wrist, and arm injury. At this time, her doctors have advised that she needs additional time to heal before returning to grooming.

We completely understand that having your appointment rescheduled—especially more than once—can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. ❤️

At the moment, we are operating with only two groomers, and they are working incredibly hard to accommodate as many of Tori’s clients as possible while continuing to care for their regularly scheduled clients. We are doing everything we reasonably can, but there are only so many appointments our groomers can safely complete in a day.

We kindly ask for patience, kindness, and understanding while we work through this unexpected situation. Our priority is making sure Tori has the time she needs to recover properly while also maintaining the quality and safety of care your pets deserve.

If your appointment needs to be moved, we will contact you and work with you to find the soonest available option. We truly appreciate everyone who has been understanding and flexible with us during this time.

Attention to All of Our Wonderful Clients 🐾❤️

We wanted to share a quick update regarding our groomer, Tori. Unfortunately, Tori is currently battling a significant cellulitis infection affecting her right hand, wrist, and arm. Because of the severity of the infection, she may need to be away from grooming for some time while she focuses on treatment and recovery.

During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Our team will be doing everything we can to accommodate Tori’s clients while also keeping things running as smoothly as possible.

We know schedule changes can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been so understanding and supportive. ❤️

Please keep Tori in your thoughts and send some positive thoughts and good vibes her way as she works toward getting healthy and back to doing what she loves.
