Martial Arts Academy. Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai Classes For Kids and Adults. Because I focus on self defense, some striking is blended in.

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art mainly focused on grappling to control, pin, and submit your opponent in the safest and most efficient manner possible. It uses leverage, timing, and technique to allow individuals to defend themselves from larger, stronger, and faster people. I am also a World Thai Boxing Association certified instructor in Muay Thai.

Where do you need improvement? Do you feel bored or burned out for those that have been training a long time.

I started doing this years ago. I had trained a lot of Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu but could barely do any takedowns. Since then, I have been putting more emphasis on wrestling, judo, sambo, and just fallen in love with the technical nature of taking people down or not being taken down.
