Porcupines 😍😍
These guys are such sweethearts! If you want a truly awesome encounter, come meet these two for yourselves - you won't regret it!

First cold nights of the year mean lots of 3 and 4am welfare checks to make sure all the animals are staying bedded down and cozy.

That means we're on the clock 24/7 and can't stray far for very long.

Kangaroo Selfies are taking a little break for the remainder of our 2026 season! 🦘
Our previous joey has officially gotten too big for our selfie sessions, and now we’re anxiously waiting to see which of our kangaroo mob will surprise us with the next joey. ❤️
In the meantime, we’re replacing those scheduled selfie times with something new — and FREE with admission!
Join our Head Zookeeper for a Lemur Conservation Talk + Q&A Session where you can learn more about our lemurs, their natural habitat, conservation challenges, animal care, and ask your own questions.
🦝 Talk Schedule • Weekdays: 12:00–1:00 PM
• Saturdays: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sundays: 1:00–2:00 PM
There is no additional charge for the talk or Q&A — it’s included with your regular admission.
We hope this gives everyone another opportunity to Connect with the Wild, learn something new, and spend some time with our animal care team before the 2026 season comes to an end. 🌿
And don’t worry… as soon as our mob gives us another little joey, we’ll be just as excited as you are to introduce them! 🦘❤️
