We absolutely LOVE when Miss Gracie comes over! 🥰 Eleanor and Gracie played their little hearts out and had the BEST time together! ❤️

And of course, we couldn’t let Gracie leave without getting some adorable fall photos for her mom and dad! 📸🎃🍁

Getting to care for Riggins is seriously the BEST thing! 🥰🐾❤️

We had ourselves a wonderful little trail adventure, he got to play with his favorite girl, Athena, AND he even got to have a sleepover with us! 🐶💕

Well… technically, a sleepover with Athena! 😂❤️ Because let’s be real, if you don’t see Riggins, chances are he’s wherever Athena is! And if Athena’s at school? Well, you can probably find him running around and playing with Eleanor! 🐾

This sweet boy fits right in with our family, and we absolutely LOVE every minute we get to spend with him! ❤️🥹

🐾☀️ A Wonderful Walk with Mr. Bane! 🐾💙

I had such an amazing walk with. Bane! 🥰 With the absolutely BEAUTIFUL weather, we decided to make our way over to the trail, and let me tell you… he was LOVING every second of it! 🐕💨

He loved it so much that he was ready to RUN! 😂 I was definitely wishing I had brought my running shoes because Bane was ready to turn our peaceful walk into a full-blown marathon! 🏃‍♀️🐾

We wrapped up our adventure with a nice, relaxing stroll through the neighborhood before heading back home for some much-needed and well-deserved treats! 🦴❤️

Nothing beats fresh air, happy paws, and spending quality time with such a sweet boy!

🐾 Kelce’s Weekend Slumber Paw-ty! 🐾💙

Sweet Kelce got to spend the weekend with us, and boy, did we have a blast! 🥰 Between our walks, playtime with Eleanor, and SO many snuggles, this handsome boy fit right in! 🐶❤️

But I have to share my FAVORITE part of his stay! 😂 My husband picked out a movie about a rescue dog, and apparently Kelce was VERY invested in the storyline! 🎬🐕 Every once in a while, he would hop up and start staring at the TV like he had something to say about what was happening! 🤣 It was absolutely hilarious!

And his HUGS?! 🥹💕 Kelce is the biggest love bug! 🐛 He loves to rest his head right on your lap or tummy, giving you his own version of a big ol’ hug. And trust me, those are the BEST kind of hugs! 🥰

Thank you for spending your weekend with us, Kelce! We loved every walk, every laugh, and every single snuggle! Until next time, sweet boy! 🐾❤️

🐾OCTOBER IS PITBULL AWARENESS MONTH!! 🐾

Pitbull Awareness Month is celebrated every October. Whenever it pertains to pit bulls or being in their company, many people are apprehensive about it. Because it’s Pitbull Awareness Month, I want to help spread the pleasure and love that Pitbulls can contribute to your life.
Do you think American Pitbulls are vicious and dangerous fighting dogs? What makes you feel uncomfortable when you pass that home with a pit bull on the lawn? If you haven’t yet discovered that pit bulls are affectionate and amusing pets, National Pitbull Awareness Month is for you.

🐾 A few fun facts about Pitties!!
1) Pitbull’ is not an official breed
The word ‘pitbull’ refers to the three recognized breeds of dogs — the American Staffordshire Terrier, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and the American Pit Bull Terrier.

2)They were dubbed Nanny Dogs
Despite their negative reputation, pit bulls were the breed of choice for parents with young children.

3)Originally bred to herd livestock
They were initially designed to drive and capture cattle.

4)Eight to 15-year life expectancy
When compared to all other dog breeds, pit bulls have an average life expectancy.

5)They are climbers
Pitbulls have an athletic body and are very quick, which makes it easy for them to climb fences.

💙WHY WE LOVE PITBULL AWARENESS MONTH💙
-They are loving
Pitbulls are highly sociable, devoted, and cheerful animals, and their positive attitudes are contagious. As working dogs and companions who frequently work alongside people, they grow incredibly devoted to the entire family.

-They are great cuddlers
Pitbulls are excellent cuddlers, so if you don't enjoy snuggling with your dog, you should consider a different breed. They cuddle to get warmth, bond with their family members, or pack, and because it releases chemicals and hormones that make them feel good

-They are loyal
If a pitbull could be described in one word, it would be loyal. When you go to a shelter, you won't find a dog who is happier about seeing you than a pitbull.

Look at this pretty little girl, Miss Scout! 🥰🐾

I got to watch Scout again, and we had the BEST time filled with playtime, snuggles, and lots of love! ❤️ My favorite part is our morning coffee dates on the patio just enjoying each other’s company. ☕️🐶

She was SO excited to see me this time, and knowing she remembered me and got excited every time I walked through the door absolutely melted my heart. 🥹💕

Athena even stopped by to get some Scout love! We adore this sweet girl and can’t wait to see her again! 🐾❤️
