Fun week! We had several visitors, first the local high school FFA kids, who now want alpacas at the school, and today we had a nice young couple with 4 cutie kids who are researching alpacas. Visitors are always welcome and we love to educate about the lovely alpaca!

HAPPY ALPACA DAY! The Peruvian government has declared that August 1st is to be designated as National Alpaca Day in Peru. The Peruvian National Alpaca Day is a day where Alpaca fiber and products are promoted, including the promotion of the work that is performed by Alpaca breeders located throughout Peru.
