What happens when sweet potatoes are in the dehydrator for about 5 hours out of their 26-hour drying cycle & the power goes out?. But they sit for an hour or two before I remember to restart the machine?

The natural sugars 'pool' on top & make them look weird. I promise they're fine!

It's Friday again! Sept 4th

The Shop is open today until 6p

Saturday I will have the camper at the Redbank Valley Municipal Park (Alcola Park) for the Forest Pour Festival 12pm-4pm general admission is free

For your shopping needs ;) there are several local carft vendors & food trucks participating & live music to enjoy
If you want to participate in the adult beverage tastings - you will need a ticket for that ;) tickets are $35
If you bought your ticket early, you can get in the gates at 11am
The weather looks like it will be a perfect afternoon
