Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in our survey!
We received hundreds of responses and gained an incredible amount of valuable information. We were truly touched by the many kind messages from both new and longtime clients, and we also greatly appreciate the constructive feedback that was shared. Some of that feedback will absolutely help guide meaningful changes here at Riverside.
Every response matters. Whether your feedback was positive, critical, or somewhere in between, it helps us better understand what we are doing well and where we have opportunities to improve. You have helped highlight our strengths, identify our shortcomings, and give us a clearer view of Riverside from the client perspective. For that, we are deeply grateful.
One piece of feedback mentioned frustration that Riverside is now corporately owned and suggested that “corporate” was making us do this survey. While Riverside is now corporately owned, this survey was actually created and carried out by a technician here at our clinic. One who has been with us for nearly 20 years. The goal was not to gather corporate metrics for a home office. The goal was to better understand how we are doing within our own four walls here in Haverhill, and to use that information to make improvements for our clients, patients, and team.
We have a great deal of information to review and reflect on, but our goal moving forward is simple: to listen, to learn, to educate where needed, and to continue improving. Thank you again for your honesty, your time, and your continued trust in us.
